Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made through Resume Builder ("resume2builder.com"), operated by Leclezio Consulting Corporation. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to this policy.

1. Day Pass ($5.00)

Day Passes are one-time, non-recurring purchases that provide 24 hours of full Pro access at $5.00 USD. Day Passes are non-refundable once activated. Refund exceptions in Section 2 (duplicate or unauthorized charges) apply.

2. Pro Subscription (Monthly & Annual)

Pro subscriptions are available at $19.00 USD per month or $149.00 USD per year, billed on a recurring basis. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel:

• You retain full access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
• Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends.
• No charge is issued for the following billing period once cancelled.
• Your account reverts to the Free tier at the end of the paid period.

3. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charge — You were billed more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error.
• Unauthorized charge — A charge was made on your account without your authorization.
• Service unavailability — The Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid billing period due to issues on our end.
• First-time subscriber within 48 hours — If you subscribed for the first time and contact us within 48 hours of your first charge, we will issue a full refund as a one-time courtesy, no questions asked.

4. Enterprise, University, and Outplacement Plans

Enterprise, university, and outplacement credit pack purchases are non-refundable once access has been provisioned or invites have been sent. If you believe there is an error in your billing, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.

5. API Developer Plan

The API Developer plan is billed monthly at $100.00 USD per month. The same no-refund policy for partial periods applies. API usage already consumed during a billing period is non-refundable. Refund exceptions in Section 3 apply equally to the Developer plan.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at richard.leclezio@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your account.
• The date of the charge.
• The reason for your refund request.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
