2. Lead with the deadline pressure
Consent orders, MRAs, and regulator deadlines are what make compliance delivery different. If you delivered under one, that context belongs in the bullet.
3. Show audit-proof documentation habits
Decision logs, traceability matrices, QA sampling, evidence packs. These artifacts are the difference between a PM who survived an audit and one who hasn't been through it.
4. Quantify in files, accounts, and jurisdictions
Compliance scope is measured in records remediated, alerts cleared, entities covered — not just budget.
